1. Information Eastport Plaza Collects
Eastport Plaza Shopping Center, L.P. (“Eastport Plaza”) gathers information about all users collectively, such as what areas users visit most frequently and what services users access most often. Eastport Plaza automatically logs IP addresses, session sources, and other data, which tracks general access to EASTPORTPLAZA.COM. We analyze these logs in order to understand aggregate user behavior as well as for system performance monitoring. These logs are analyzed for the overall, aggregate trends they reveal about our customers, not for individual user behaviors.
2. What Eastport Plaza does with the information it collects.
The information you volunteer/generate will not be given, sold, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed to any third parties outside of Eastport Plaza, except when we have your express permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with legal process, (ii) enforce the service terms and conditions, or (iii) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Eastport Plaza, its customers, or the public.
